About Sean Pultz



Born on April 10th, 1986 in Stamord, CT, Sean was 4 or 5 when he first saw "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark" and immediatly became facinated with watching movies. After seeing "Ghostbusters", Sean committed his life to wanting to be a filmmaker.

 

But before he could presue that goal, he first needed to learn how to act. In 1995, he started acting at a non-profit theater organization called Curtain Call. It began a long string of shows lasting more than 13 years playing a variety of roles from Mr. MacAfee in "Bye Bye Birdie" and Captain Hook in "Peter Pan".

 

From 2001 to 2005, Sean attended Westhill High School where he continued working on his craft appearing in shows such as "Fame", "Guys and Dolls", "Anything Goes', and his personal favorite "Evita". In 2005, he was awared Best Supporting Actor of the year by the Northstar Playmakers.

 

After spending 3 years at Gibbs College where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Digital Filmmaking, Sean went to Western Connecticut State University and graduated with a Bachlor's Degree in Theater Performance. While at WestConn, He appeared in a production of "A Christmas Carol" as Jacob Marley. His performance would give him an Irene Ryan nommination from The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Other shows he did include "Major Barbara", "Where's The Beer" and "The Dream Play," He also directed the one-act play "The Second Beam".

 

In addition to his theater work, Sean has also became involed in helping students with disabilites and has been one of the first inductees of the Gamma Eta Chapter of Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society.

 

In his spare time, Sean likes to watch movies, perforn in community theater, play video ganes and provide commentary tracks for Zarban.com.
